Farm to Table Dinner with Chef Bart Weber

Join us for an unforgettable dining experience at True Cut Ranch on Saturday, January 23, 2027! Dive into fresh, locally sourced flavors as Chef Bart Weber crafts a five course menu straight from the farm to your table. His chef driven menu will feature grass finished beef, turkey, and duck from True Cut Ranch as well as winter produce from other local farms. While Chef Bart is most known for his award winning barbecue (he was the 2025 True Que winner, after all), he's also a skilled chef and caterer. 

Imagine an evening at the farm with five courses. Chef Bart will serve the first four courses with perfectly paired wines then a a bourbon cocktail with dessert. Enjoy a winter evening alongside the chef and the farmers, Fred and Melissa.

Chef Bart's finalized menu will be posted closer to the event, subject to change based on market availability.  Dietary restrictions will be happily honored. 

Bring your appetite and enjoy a cozy, relaxed evening filled with great food and good vibes. Don’t miss out!

The dinner bell rings at 6pm. Guests are invited to arrive at 5:30pm to stroll the farm, enjoy a drink in the greenhouse, and shop at the farm store.

Dinner will be served indoors, but please dress appropriate for the weather in case you'd like to stroll around the farm and meet some animals.

In the event of severe inclement weather, this dinner will be moved back to TBD.
